Rules and Regulations

 1.  No smoking in the rooms.

 2.  No noise after 10 PM.

 2.  No fire works after 10 PM.

 3.  All fires must be in a fire ring.

 4.  All fires must be put out and cleaned up.

 5.  No quads or motor cycles on decks or patios.

 6.  No quads or motor cycles on beach.

 7.  No pets.

 8.  All garbage must be bagged.

 9.  All vehicles will be parked on the street.

10. We are not responsible for stolen or lost items.

11. Furniture is not to be moved except outside items.

12. Beach must be left clean.

13. Units must be clean or an extra charge will be applied.

14. Check-in time 3:00 PM.

15. Check-out time 11:00 AM.

16. CAUTION: Tile surfaces are slippery when wet.

17. Do not run on tile surfaces.
